I can help you learn the skills to manage our emotions and change our behaviors. We will explore your thoughts, emotions and past experiences and learn how to love ourselves unconditionally and passionately.
I will coach you to accept your darkest sides and hold on to hopes for you when you can’t. I will also be very direct and cheerlead you when I see an opportunity for the life you want is here.
Together, we will practice how to accept ourselves unconditionally and fiercely move for changes we desire. Through our partnership, we will get to build new ways to many different seasons of life and live more freely.

I strive to offer a nonjudgmental, validating and compassionate space for you so you can feel heard, cared for and understood. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Exposure with Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to make thorough assessment and guide you towards your life worth living goals.
